At MelbaTrends, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refunds Policy makes the process simple and transparent.


✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories).
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., ear tips, opened personal care items).

✅ 2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and discount vouchers.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or accident.

✅ 3. Refunds Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please note: Your bank/credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

✅ 4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong item sent.
  • If you need an exchange for size or product, please contact our support team.
  • Exchange depends on stock availability.

✅ 5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size chosen), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

✅ 6. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at support.melbatrends@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
  • Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RMA) with instructions.
  • Pack the product securely and ship it as instructed.

✅ 7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days:
    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your bank/credit card company (processing delays are common).
